The minister of youth and sports, Sunday Dare, has described Super Eagles B team Nations Cup Championship, CHAN qualifier today against Togo as a tough task, bestchoicesports.com.ng.

The minister who made the statement Saturday ahead of the clash later in the evening, however assured the players and officials of Nigerians’ support and wished them all the best.

“CHAN 2020: Super Eagles B play today in a decisive encounter. A tough one no doubt. They have our full support and we wish them the best,” he said on his twitter handle.

The home-based Eagles will this evening in Agege, Lagos tackle Togo in a decisive encounter to book a place in the 2020 CHAN.

Nigeria, last month lost 1-4 to the Hawks of Togo and will need to score at least 3-0 to nurse any hope of qualifying for the tournament meant for players plying their trade in the local leagues.

The match will kick-off by 4pm today.
