Nigerian music star, Kizz Daniel will feature at the 22nd edition of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, FIFA has confirmed.

World football umpire confirmed on their Instagram on Friday that the singer whose real name is Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, will perform at the FIFA Fan Festival event in Doha.

Although the World Cup kicks-off on Sunday November 20, the ‘Buga’ crooner will feature three days later on the 23rd.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup which is the 22nd edition of the competition will be played from November 20 to December 18 in Qatar.

Other music artistes scheduled for performance are Diplo, Nora Fatehi, Trinidad Cordona, and Calvis Harris.

It could be recalled, that another Nigerian musician, David Adeleke know as Davido featured on the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 Official Soundtrack released in March

The singer was featured alongside American star Trinidad Cardona and Qatari sensation Aisha ahead of before the draw held in April

While the 32 participating countries have been releasing their teams final 26-man squad for the global fiesta, Nigeria Super Eagles will be watching from home after they failed to qualify for the tournament.
