Amaju like he usually does in helping Nigeria acquire players with dual citizenship, went to UK to finalise talk on the international future of the then Swansea youngster Tammy Abraham with his friend hoping it will bear good fruit.

After assurances from the Abraham family, the excited Pinnick ordered the NFF media to announce the capturing of the forward with pictures as proof.

But Tammy few days later fell into the hands of Skysport, he declined the news and declared that his international allegiance is completely open and England have the edge.

Not too long, Gareth Southgate capitalised on the UK media work to cap Tammy Abraham for the Three Lions.
