Ahmed Musa Begins Training With Pillars Monday
Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa, who signed a short-term contract with Kano Pillars FC will on Monday join the club’s training with the rest of the squad, the club confirmed
The 2013 AFCON winner was unveiled by the Kano state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje on Friday.
Spokesman of the club, Rilwanu Idris Malikawa Garu in a statement made available said all necessary formalities by the League Management Company of Nigeria (LMC) and Kano Pillars FC about the transfer of the former Leicester City man have been concluded and he will joined up with the rest of the squad for his first training session on Monday.
Ahmed Musa will be presented to the technical crew and the players by the board of the club led by Alhaji Surajo Shuaibu Yahaya Jambul before the commencement of the training on Monday.
The statement further thanked Kano state Governor, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje for his untiring support to the team.
He also thanked those who contributed in one way or the other for seeing the return of Ahmed Musa back to the club and appealed to those that have a wrong perception by challenging the deal or its process to always accept the will of Allah.

Musa joined the four-time NPFL winners six months after he terminated his contract with Saudi Arabia outfit, Al Nassr FC in October 2020.
