Alex Oyowah goal in each half gave Bayelsa United a 2-1 victory over visitors Abia Comets of Umuahia in a match day six tie decided at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa.

Bayelsa United will next travel to face Ogbomosho face Crown this weekend while Abia Comets will be at home to Calabar Rovers at the Umuahia township stadium.
