Emmanuel Dennis Scored, Gave Two Assists As Watford Thrash Manchester United In EPL Clash

Super Eagles striker, Emmanuel Bonaventure Dennis was in spectacular form on Saturday bas he scored a goal and registered two assist as newly promoted side, Watford FC thrashed Manchester United 4-1 at the Vicarage Road in matchday 12 of the 2022 English Premiership League
Dennis produced a wonderful individual performance at Vicarage Road as he was a constant threat to United with the Nigerian provided assists for King and Pedro before he scored his in the additional time.
The 24-year Old former Club Brugge hitman assisted Watford’s first goal in the 28th minute before he registered his second in the added time of 92nd minute.
Thereafter, he scored on the 96th added time to compound a miserable day for the Red Devils.
Dennis scored, assisted two goals and created 2 chances. The goal is his number four for Watford with 5 assists in 11 premier League games
Manchester United had their captain, Harry Maguire sent off in the 69th minute after he was issued second yellow card
Dennis has made three international appearance for Super Eagles since making his debut in 2019.
He was however overlooked in the two World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde as Gernot Rohr instead recalled retired Odion Ighalo who was a shadow of his former self in the drab games the team played on few days ago.
Watford’s defeat is United’s biggest league defeat against a promoted side since September 1989, when they suffered a famous 5-1 loss against Manchester City at Maine Road.
Only in 2001-02 (11 games) have United conceded 20 or more goals after fewer games in a single Premier League campaign than they have this term. They have shipped 21 so far in 12 games.
