Face Of Governor Ikpeazu Preseason Tournament Unveiled

Young Erondu Uchendu Chidozie aka Dodosports has been unveiled as the ‘Face’ of the 2020 Governor Victor Okezie Ikpeazu Preseason Tournament.
The 11-year-old JSS 1 student of the Christian International School, Lekki, Lagos was decorated on Sunday.
According to the State Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Chief Emeka Ikwuagwu the lad was picked based on his positive impact in sports development in state.
“At his tender age, the young boy is a very good sports commentator and analyst. He is an encouragement to other young children in the state, and to ensure that they pursue their passion to the fullest. He said that they should know at any point that people are watching”. He said that the boy will be fully involved in the tournament all through.
Young Erondu Uchendu Chidozie aka Dodosports who was decorated with the tournament regalia, promised to make good use of the opportunity to improve on himself.
It could be recalled that Erondu Uchendu Chidozie was recently decorated with an Award of Excellence by the Abia State Sports Ministry for his impact in sports journalism and analysis.
Present at the unveiling ceremony are Chairman of the Preseason committee Ugochukwu Anosike (Dauda) and Secretary/Coordinator Patrick Ngwaogu (Odogwu Abia).
The tournament holds 15-24 November at the Enyimba International Stadium.
