Founder of Inri Spiritual Evangelical Church, Primate Babatunde Ayodele is organising a special prayer session towards the success of the President of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Amaju Pinnick in his bid for the FIFA Council seat in an election which comes up in Morocco on March 12.

Primate Ayodele who said he was happy with the achievements recorded by the NFF President in the past seven years said Nigerians should join him in prayers for Pinnick in respect of the election.

Ayodele who spoke at length, said he strongly believed in the leadership of Amaju Pinnick as he had brought credibility to Nigerian football.

The man of God said, with the necessary groundwork already put in place by the NFF, the Super Eagles will not only qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations, but will win the tournament in Cameroon.

Said he, “With Amaju Pinnick in charge, the Super Eagles will win the next AFCON tournament in Cameroon and will also leave a lasting impression at the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup”

He urged the NFF President to ensure he was succeeded by a trust-worthy and an equally hard working person. “He must find the right successor to take good care of the affairs of the NFF, one who will pay a lot of premium to the principle of continuity,” Primate Ayodele said.

He prayed God to see to the success of Pinnick at the March 12 poll, adding, “irrespective of our tribal leanings, I have adopted Amaju Pinnick as my spiritual son.”
