FOSLA FC Defeat Flight FC In NLO Clash Top Group F1

FOSLA Football Club of Abuja on Wednesday handed visiting Flight Football Club of Makurdi, Benue State a 2-0 gift in the Nationwide League One encounter in Abuja.
Playing at their home stadium in Karshi, Abuja, FOSLA FC needed a 2 two first half goals to subdue their visitors.
The first have ended barren with Flight FC neutralizing the hosts’ threats.
However, at the restart of proceedings after the interval, FOSLA FC technical bench rejigged their team and formation to give their team a new dimension and approach.
Their efforts paid dividends on the 66th minutes when Alayi Haruna scored a spectacular goal from tight corner inside the 18 yard box.
Angered by the goal conceded, the visitors rallied round to restore parity but FOSLA FC rearguard stymied their efforts.
FOSLA FC however, secured their goal advantage when in the 85th minute, following a set piece, striker Solomon Abraham drilled home the second goal of the match to weaken the visitors.
It ended 2-0 to the host team who now have 7 points from 3 matches and top Group F1 of the 2022 NLO season.
