Four Nigerian Referees In Libya For For CAF Confederation Cup Duties

Four FIFA badged Nigerian referees are already in Tripoli, Libya for the Ahly Tripoli of Libya vs Malians Stade Malien, today at the Benin’s-Martyrs of Benina Stadium.
Cross River based University of Calabar lecturer, Dr Joseph Odey Ogabor will be on the centre with the whistling materials assisted on the lines by Efosa Celestine Igudia of Benue Council and Benue’s Mimisen Agatha Iyorhe as Assistant Referees 1 and 2 respectively.
The fourth official is Salisu Basheer of Kano Council.
A release by the Nigeria Referees Association, NRA on Sunday says the Nigerian refereeing team will have Mohammed Benouza of Algeria as Assessor.
