FWC Champions FC Resume For 2020 NLO Hostilities, Target NNL Promotion

Players, coaching crew and management officials returned to the Champions Fortress, Wuye, Abuja where they are expected to do more than they did last season after the team escaped relegation.
The management has set picking promotion ticket to the Nigeria National League, NNL as the top priority of the club this season.
FWC Champions last month observed a 2-week break to ensure a worthy Christmas celebration for both the players and officials.
Actions will therefore, begin immediately with preparations for the NLO season as the major emphasis.
The Champions played in the NLO last season, finishing 4th in the group.
Emphasis and targets for the Champions are now a qualification to the NNL with the management already setting the target, known to both players and officials.
The Director of Sports, Mr Olayinka Oladunjuoye in an interview with the media team said work resumes immediately and it will not be business as usual.
“We expect all players and officials at the Champions Fortress on Monday by 3pm with work expected to start immediately.
“Every member of this team knows our focus and target. We must all work together and play our individual roles to ensure we play in the NNL next season.
“I want to wish the players, coaches and other officials the best of 2020,” he said
