Super Eagles Attacker, Henry Onyekuru has won this year’s Turkish Cup with Galatasaray after beating Akhisarspor 3-1 in the final played Wednesday, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report authoritatively.

The onloan Everton player was instrumental to Galatasaray wining the trophy for a record 18 times.

The 22-year-old scored twice in the team’s semi-final 5-2 win against Malatyaspor to reach the final.

Galatasaray, the Lions, are the most successful club in Turkish Cup history with 18 titles as the winners.

Akhisar are the 2018 Turkish Cup winners.
Already-relegated from Super Lig, Akhisar tried to defend last year’s Turkish Cup honors against Galatasaray.

Galatasaray are at the top of the Turkish league before the last two matches in the season.

And an excited Onyekuru could not hide his joy as he took to social media to praise God for the cup and looks forward to their penultimate league match on Sunday
