Kano Pillars Appoint Usman Abdullah As New Coach

Former Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL champions, Kano Pillars Have appointed Usman Abdullah as new coach.
This is coming few days after the club terminated the contract it entered into with
Paul Offor, who previously managed Sporting Lagos
Offer’s contract was truncated after the dissolution of Kano Pillars board shortly after his unveiling by the Kano State Government.. Offor was disengaged 19 days after his appointment, reportedly on the basis that he doesn’t speak Hausa language.
Abdullah had previously managed Enyimba FC of Aba as well as Wikki Touriss of Bauchi and have been out of club management for a while
Although details of his contract remain sketchy, Abdullah who hails from Kano state will lead the four -time champions during the 2024/2025 league campaign.
The NPFL new season is scheduled to commence on August 31st.
