Kano Pillars Resume Training As Four Coaches Apply For Vaccant Technical Adviser’s Job

Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL side Kano Pillars have resumed training ahead of the 2021/2022 league season even as four coaches have applied for the vaccant Technical Adviser’s position in the club, www.bestchoicesports.com.ng can report

The Sai Masu Gida resumed on Monday with 23 players who were retained after the end of the previous season.

The 23 players retained by the club have since been communicated to resume training Monday 23rd August 2021 ahead of the 2021/22 football season while newly invited players are expected to start arriving Kano from for negotiations with the team.

Meanwhile, the four-time NPFL Champions have so far received four applications from coaches with CAF A License certificates from within and outside the shores of Nigeria for the vaccant Technical Adviser’s position.

The technical crew that led the team for the larger part of the 2020/21 season such as Ibrahim A. Musa, Ahmed Garba Yaro Yaro and Muzambil Aliyu have all sent in their applications requesting to be reappointed in various capacities.

It was gathered that Ibrahim Musa will be considered as Chief Coach, Ahmed Garba Yaro Yaro as Coach and Muzambil Aliyu as goalkeepers trainer and both would be answerable to the new Technical Adviser.

Until the appointment of the new technical adviser, the three coaches would lead the team for the training sessions in the meantime

Deadline for application for the Technical Adviser’s position closes this Friday and the shortlisted candidates would be communicated for an interview.
