Mavlon FC Signs Partnership With European Sportswear Manufacturer, Adidas

Nigeria Division Three Side, Mavlon FC has continued to redefine grassroot football in the country and the latest coming from the modest (Nationwide League One) NLO side is the partnership deal with Adidas, the largest sportswear manufacturer in Europe.
Adidas’ decision to partner with Mavlon FC is not unconnected with the club’s pedigree in nurturing and discovering talented young footballers and their exploits in both domestic competitions and international tournaments.
Last year, Mavlon FC went on a training tour of Europe where the team featured in seven friendly games with some European clubs at the Evima sports ground in Bansko, Bulgaria.
The team won four games, drew one and lost Two, but the truth is that Evima Sports centre in Bansko, Bulgaria where the games were played was able to lunch the management of Malvon and her players to European football.
It is also interesting to note that Mavlon Fc gave a very good account of Nigeria Football when they participated at this year’s Viareggio Cup in Italy, where the team was the team crashed out in round 16 of the tournament .

In an interview, Bar. Kenneth Agadagba, chairman of the club, said that getting support from Adidas is a big encouragement to the management of the team, and it is very exciting for young players.
“This support from Adidas is very encouraging, and this gesture also makes the players to be very excited,” Bar. Agadagba said.
“Mavlon FC will continue to strive to improve in football management, and we hope to partner with more corporate firms in the future.
An official of Adidas informed that partnering with Malvon FC is another way of fulfilling their corporate social responsibility in the country.
“We accessed Mavlon critically, and we are glad to associate with the team,” the official said.
