NANPF Secretary General Austin Popo has praised the FCT Caretaker Committee of the Association for the obvious achievements since their inauguration.

Austin Popo could not hide his feelings after he witnessed the seminar organized by the FCT Chapter for active players, in order to give them a lift in their career.

The FCT Chapter has been able to organize a successful tournament for ex-professionals, which adds to the awareness they have created for the Association.

The result has been evident by the significant increase in the number of registered members of the Association since the FCT Caretaker Committee took charge about two months ago.

His words “I really can’t express my gratitude to the FCT Caretaker Committee for the good job they have been doing. We all can see it and this seminar is another obvious and major achievement.

“I can tell you that they have been very wonderful and I hope others can emulate them. As a matter of fact, I charge all State Chapters to emulate the FCT.

“The FCT Caretaker Committee did not just have a colourful inauguration, they have had colorful achievements.

“From organizing a powerful All-Stars Competition to setting up of structures at the area council level.

“They have had a good scouting program and a resourceful seminar, all these within two months.

“I think this is worthy of commendation and emulation. I really wish others can copy from this and then we can boast of a viable Association across the country and not just at the national alone.”
