The Bankole Olowookere-led girls defeated their United States of America, USA counterparts 4-3 on penalties to reach the last 4
The natch went into penalty after the regulation ended 1-1.
Edafe Omamuzo gave Nigeria the lead in the 27th minute via penalty but a determined USA side mounted series of pressure to get the leveller in the 40th minute through Amalica Villarreal whose shot was deflected into the net by a Nigerian defender.
After the final whistle, the match went into penalty shootout with Nigeria missing one while USA missed two.
They will face either Tanzania or Columbia in the Semi-final on Wednesday at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Margao, India.
The final will hold on October 30.
