NNL Gets New Logo Ahead Of 2019/2020 Season

Ahead of the commencement of the 2019/2020 Nigeria National League, NNL season, the management of the league has issued out a new logo for the league, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

The new logo which was made available on Thursday, less than 24 hours before the league gets underway, has almost similar features with the old one but with minor adjustments.

Speaking with Best Choice Sports, the media officer of the league, Amar Ignis said the change in the logo was necessitated by the need to make the league more attractive adding that eagle in the logo represents Nigeria youth strength in football.

“The change in logo was due to the need to improve and make the league more attractive.

“Red colour is associated with the brand strength of the youth who are integral part of our nation building while white and green are Nigeria’s national colours,” he said.

The logo retained its eagle on top of a football placed in a triangular arc.
With three colours – red, green and white dominat.

The 2019/2020 NNL season will kick-off across the country on Friday, November 1, 2019.

In some of the matches lined up, NAF FC of Abuja will tackle Aklosendi International FC of Nasarawa State at Area 3, Abuja by 4pm.

Gateway United FC will trade tackles with Giant Brillars FC from Enugu at MKO Abiola Int’l Stadium, Abeokuta, Ogun State by 4pm
