Nottingham Forest Close To Signing Super Eagles Striker Taiwo Awoniyi

Newly promoted English Premier League side Nottingham Forest are close to making Super Eagles striker, Taiwo Awoniyi their first major summer signing in a club record £17.5m move.
The Nigerian international is set to complete a move to newly promoted Premier League team Nottingham Forest from German side Union Berlin.
Awo finished the last Bundesliga season with 15 Goals and is currently Union Berlin’s record top scorer in the league
Awoniyi, 24, could break the Forest’s record transfer fee if the deal is successful. His 15 Bundesliga goals in last season propelled Union Berlin into the UEFA Europa League.
Forest are also in talks to sign Mainz defender Moussa Niakhate and Union Berlin’s Nigerian international striker
Liverpool will get about 10% of the fee due to a sell on clause.
Awoniyi have four international caps for Nigeria’s Super Eagles with one goal.
