Nigeria’s sprinter, Favour Ofili has qualified for the semi-final of women’s 200m race at the on-going Paris Olympics Games.

Bouncing back from her non-registration in the 100m event, Ofili executed a good race plan to win heat 6 in a time of 22.24s.

The 21 years old defeated Great Britain’s Dina Asher-Smith who finished 2nd in 22.28s and Gina Bass-Bittaye 3rd in 22.84s.

This is Favour Ofili’s chance to write her name in the annals of time after a unpardonable plunder made her to miss the 100m sprint.
