Godwin Richard Olofua, is a student of the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos.

Godwin’s rich resume within a short period has seen him conquer the African scene with modesty.

He was at the apex of the podium at the 2019 African Games in the mixed team event; a silver in the men’s doubles and a bronze in the men’s singles were also won.

Godwin, currently ranked second in Nigeria and third in Africa said, “the journey to Tokyo was not easy but a dream come through”.

The World of Badminton should be aware as he will play in the Men’s Doubles event alongside compatriot Anuoluwapo Opeyori.
