The organisers of the Dreamland/Embassy of Hungary Cup has announced commencement of registration of clubs and academies for the 8th edition, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report

In a release on Wednesday, January 1st, 2010, the chairman Local Organising Committee of the tournament, Mr Ndudi Ebede said that registration commenced on January 1st 2020 and will be closed the moment 16 teams are cleared to participate in the tournament.

Tagged “Playing for Peace and Sustainable Development”, the release further added that the tournament which had featured only 12 teams previously has been expanded to accommodate 16 teams in the 8th edition.

Interested clubs and or academies are advised to provide information such as
full name of team and address, name of contact person of the team and position, a functional email address and Whatsapp number
The club/academy is also expected to submit a short profile/ CV of the team which should capture the team’s achievement/s in previous tournament/s participated.

The release noted that only shortlisted teams shall receive invitation letters to register for participation upon payment of a non refundable sum of N250,000.

The 8th edition of the tournament, as always, will hold at MKO Abiola Stadium, Abuja in April.
