Shanghai Shenhua, the Chinese club of former Super Eagles striker, Odion Ighalo are bracing themselves up for the return of their marksman next month.

Ighalo’s loan deal at EPL giants, Manchester United will end in January 2021 and the former EPL champions are not disposed in further agreement for extension of his deal.

English tabloid to the Daily Star, reported that Ighalo won’t be joining another team in January and will return to his parents club in China at the end of the current deal which expire in January 31.

After a dream to his career at the club last season, Ighalo has failed to hold down a regulation shirt this season, with the manager prefer to play with Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial or Edison Cavani.

Ighalo is now expected to depart Old Trafford next month, he made just 12 appearances in the league and failed to score a single goal.
