The Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development has approved the inclusion of Shooting Sport in the September, 2019 National Youth Games to be hosted in Ilorin, Kwara state capital, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

President of the Nigerian Shooting Sports Federation(NSSF), Brigadier General Lonsdale Adeoye (rtd), disclosed the development after the meeting of Directors of Sports across States of the Federation which held in Ilorin, this week.

According to the NSSF media Officer, Amos Edge, in a press statement, he noted that this is the first time shooting sport will be included in the Youth Games in Nigeria since its establishment in 2013.

“States who wish to participate in shooting sports at the Youth Games in Ilorin this year are advised to contact the Nigerian Shooting Sports Federation Office at the Nigerian National Shooting Range, Package B, Abuja National Stadium Complex or reach out to the Federation’s Media Officer
