University of the Philippines top hitter Isa Molde sustained an apparent left knee and ankle injury early in the second set of the Lady Maroons’ match against streaking Ateneo de Manila University Saturday in the UAAP Season 81 women’s volleyball tournament at the MOA Arena.

Molde was stretchered off the court after hurting her knee following an attack with the Lady Eagles up, 4-0, in the frame and 1-0 in the match.

The fourth year spiker tried to avoid UP libero Mirgie Bautista, who dove to dig the ball to setup Molde’s attack, on her landing, putting much of her weight on her left leg as her knee buckled.
