World Cup Qualifier: 16 Super Eagles Players In Camp For CAR Clashes

Now fewer than 16 Super Eagles players have arrived their camp in Lagos ahead of Friday’s World Cup qualifying match against Central Africa Republic, CAR, www.bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

13 new players have joined the camp since Ejuke Chidera, Daniel Akpeyi, and Chigozie Awaziem opened the Camp early Monday.

The latest arrivals include striker, Onuachu Paul, winger, Samuel Kalu, Kevin Akpoguma, Jamilu Collins, Innocent Bonke, Chidozie Awaziem, Taiwo Awoniyi, and William Ekong,

Others are Frank Onyeka, Leon Balogun, Joseph Aribo, Calvin Bassey, Ola Aina as well as captain, Ahmed Musa.

7 players expected today in camp are Napoli hitman, Victor Osimhen, Rotterdam golkeepe, Maduka Okoye, Leicester City attacker, Kelechi Iheanacho, Kenneth Omeruo, Simon Moses, Francis Uzoho and Shehu Abdullahi.

Chidera Ejuke was the first among to arrive while Awaziem and Akpeyi came in on Monday also.

Super Eagles will hold the first leg on Friday, October 7th at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos while the return leg will hold on Sunday, October 10th in Duoala, a coastal city in southwest Cameroon.

The match on Friday will kick-off by 4pm Nigeria time.

Super Eagles top Group C of the qualifying race with 6 points from two matches while their Friday’s foes are bottom with a single point.
