World Cup: Super Eagles Supporters Club Ready To Roar With Super Falcons In Australia/New Zealand – Musiliu Alao
The Super Eagles Supporters Club has commended the leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation for organizing a befitting send forth dinner for the Super Falcons as the team continues their preparation for the forthcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup finals holding in Australia and New Zealand.
Deputy President of Super Eagles Supporters Club Alhaji Jimoh Musiliu Alao, who was on ground during the Super Falcons Send-Forth Dinner, made the commendations during an interview after the event in Abuja.
According Amao, the NFF President Alhaji Gusau has done well to organize the send forth dinner for the team.
“The Super Falcons Sent-Forth Dinner was a good development and I believe that it is a morale booster for the players and officials of the team”
“So we at the Super Eagles supporters Club are really excited with the idea and we are really commending the NFF President Ibrahim Gusau for the nice gesture”.
Alhaji Amao further stated that the Super Eagles Supporters Club is working day and night to be ready so as to give our “darling team”, the Super Falcons the needed support in Australia.
“It has always been Super Eagles and it is the turn of the Super Falcons. We are working hard to get our Visas and if they are out, we will be ready to go to Australia to cheer the team.
“After our Election in Abuja, we went to Egypt to support the U-20. Also we were in Algeria to fully support the U-17 Eaglets and even in Liberia we were there and now it’s the Falcons and I can assure you that we shall be there in Australia.
The FIFA Women’s World Cup tournament is holding in Australia and New Zealand from July 20 to August 20.
Nigeria will kick off the campaign on July 21 when they lock horns with Canada which will be followed by the match against Australia on July 27 before their last group game against the Republic of Ireland on July 31.
