Four-time Africa Footballer of the year and former Barcelona midfielder Yaya Toure has retired from football, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.
Toure’s retirement was announced by his agent Dimitri Seluk, revealing the Ivorian powerhouse will now concentrate on a career as a coach.
The 35-year-old for me Manchester City player, who won eight trophies with Citizens, returned to former club Olympiakos in September but his contract was terminated after just three months.
Toure collected multiple titles across his club career, including the Champions League and three Premier League titles.
