You Have No Moral Justification To Owe National Teams – Harrison Jalla
President, National Association of Nigerian Footballers, NANF, Mr Harrison Jalla has said that the Nigeria Football Federation has no moral justification to owe the national teams at the world cup any match bonus and camping allowance, Bestchoicesports.com.ng understands
Harrison added that it was clearly stated in the new NIKE deal with the NFF that the American company will take care of all National teams’ match bonuses and allowance.
In a press release by the former footballer made obtained BSN Sports, he said:
“It is Evil not to have paid the Super Falcons their legitimate earnings after making the nation proud with their superlative performance in the ongoing World in France.
“i can state here unambiguously that all match bonuses and camping allowances for all the national teams are captured in the recent Nike contract. The NFF is free to controvert my claims with fact by publishing the Nike contract. “
“All the national team players and officials are entitled to match bonuses and camping allowances in the new Nike contract. But Pinnick and his gang are always interested in non-disclosure contracts and agreements so they can continue to swindle the NFF. “
He challenged the NFF to come out with the truth and publish the Nike deals and also deny his claim.
” I challenge the NFF to disclose details of the Nike contract within two weeks from today and should they fail/refuse the NANF will set measures in place to disclose the full details of the Nike contract.
“The Super Falcons deserve their Bonuses and allowances after their gallant performance. With holding national team players Bonuses and Allowances is a deliberate ploy by the Pinnick led NFF Board to embarrass the federal government in particular and Nigerians in general.”
