Eagle Coach, Gernot Rohr invited 30 players ahead of the two qualifiers but Hoffenheim defender Kevin Akpoguma has been ruled out  after testing positive to Coronavirus

Akpoguma is the second Super Eagles player to be ruled out of the game after Frank Onyeka was forced to withdraw from the squad on health ground.

The team will observe a closed door training today while a media conference is slated for Thursday.

Super Eagles will take on Lone Stars of Liberia on Friday in matchday 1 of the second round of 2022 Qatar World Cup qualifier.

They will fly out of Lagos on Monday to keep a date with the Blue Shacks of Cape Verde on Tuesday next week.

The match on Friday will kick-off by 4pm Nigerian time.
