The national body of Nigeria Football Coaches Association, NFCA, will this morning set up a five-member caretaker committee to oversee the affairs of the FCT Chapter of the association, Bestchoicesports.com.ng can authoritatively report.

The need to setup the caretaker committee became ineluctable following the inability of the FCT chapter to conduct a free, fair and transparent election to usher in new Executive board.

The FCT Chapter of the NFCA formerly led by Mr Godwin Bamigboye was suspended from office following several petitions against the then executive board in the buildup to the aborted election on Friday, May 28, 2021.

Godwin Bamigboye led FCT Coaches Association board was dissolved on Friday, May 28, 2021

The five-member committee which would be chaired by Daniel Orumade also has Audu lawal as secretary while Patrick Ngwaogu will serve as the Vice Chairman.

Other members include former Super Falcons player and CAF licensed coach, Mrs Mary Godspower who will see as the Financial secretary and Coach Rashid Afolabi.

The committee will be inaugurated by the NFCA President, Ladan Bosso at the NFF office, Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Package B, Abuja by 10 o’clock this morning.

The committee is expected to midwife the FCT Chapter for the three months.
