Mailantarki Care FC Appoint Yusuf Jubril As Head Coach

In an effort to improve its performances in the remainder of the season, Nigeria National League (NNL) side Mailantarki Care FC (MCFC) has announced the appointment of Coach Yusuf Jubril as new head coach with immediate effect.
According to a statement issued by the club, Coach Jibril will spearhead the Abuja-based side’s technical crew for the remainder of the on-going 2023/2024 NNL season.
Yusuf, who specializes in grassroots football discovery development, possesses the NNL’s requisite requirements of the Confederation of African Football coaching certificate, the CAF C License.
His UEFA Diploma C in safeguarding children and young people obtained from the Irish Football Association will bring the needed skills for the academy’s elite development squad.
Coach Yusuf is expected to debut in the main team league outing at home against rivals Sporting Supreme in a must-win encounter in order to keep the hope of surviving a drop from the ongoing 2023/24 NNL.
Well-known in Nigeria football, Coach Jibril is a member of Nigeria Football Coaches Association, FCT chapter where he holds the position of Assistant Training Officer
He is also the Director, Winner Football Academy, based in Gwarinpa. The academy has discovered, nurtured and aided the movement of talented players from Nigeria to various European clubs were they are showcasing their talents.
MCFC won their 2023nFCT FA Cup after beating rivals, EFCC FC in the final.
