Three days after Nigeria football Federation lost one of its indefatigable and committed staff, late Tolulope Abelola, the federation Monday morning announced the passing unto eternity of a former national team goalkeeper, John Felagha Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.
John Felagha who was a former goalkeeper for the U-17 Golden Eaglets and U-20 Flying Eagles, died on Sunday, August 30, 2020.
Confirming his death Monday morning, NFF in its twitter said late John Felagba lived in Senegal, West Africa.
“Former National U17 and U20 goalkeeper John Felagha has died,” NFF announced.
“Felagha died on Sunday in Senegal. He was aged 26.
The federation expressed its condolences with the family of the late player.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.”
The cause of late Felagha’s death was not made known at the time of the is report.
