Breaking: Sunshine Coach Attacks Lobi Goalkeeper In Rescheduled NPFL Match

Report coming in says that Lobi Stars goalkeeper, Ospino Egbe, was today allegedly attacked by Sunshine Stars of Akure chief coach, Kayode Julius during a rescheduled Nigeria Professional Football League match Bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.
Lobi Stars confirmed the attack on their goalkeeper by the coach but did not provide reasons behind such barbaric act.
In a tweet on its official Tweeter handle, the Makurdi based side described the incident as “bizzare.”

Sunshine FC of Akure
Chief Coach, Kayode Julius, before today’s rescheduled NPFL match,” the club twitted
Bestchoicesports.com.ng gathered that the goalkeeper was assaulted by the Sunshine Stars coach and was consequently ruled out of the match.
Lobi’s reserve keeper was subsequently drafted in as substitute for the assaulted first choice goal keeper.
Lobi Stars lost the match by 3-0 courtsey of Amah Chibundu’s hat trick which he scored in the 78, 84 and 87 minutes of the second half of the encounter.
Sunshine’s currently occupy 5th position in Group A of the NPFL One point less than their opponent, Lobi who are 4th on 20 points.
