The City of Ibadan, Oyo State will come alive next month when 8 football academies and clubs gather to slug it out in the Atico Football Scouting Tournament, www.bestchoicesports.com.ng can report

The 4-day scouting programme is geared towards discovering and grooming talented footballers and creating a pathway for them to develop their potentials.

According to organisers of the tournament, 8 teams made up of 16 to 18 years old are participating in the event slated to hold from 4th to 7th October, 2021.

European scouts such as Gianni Dini of Italian Serie A giants, Napoli; Rinod Angelli of Fanfulla FC also in Italy as well Matthew Olorunleke (a Nigerian football agent and expert) with Tegginna, Moza among other clubs in Italy will storm the ancient City of Ibadan to fish out exceptional players during the tournament.

The tournament will hold at the University of Ibadan football pitch.
