Ndidi, Iheanacho Lead Leicester To ‘Destroy’ Mikel’s Stoke In FA Cup Clash

Three Super Eagles players were on parade when English Premier League side, Leicester City clashed with Championship side, Stoke City in the third round of the Emirate FA Cup on Saturday.

While the former EPL Champions, Leicester paraded the duo of Wilfred Ndidi And Kelechi Iheancho, former captain of the Super Eagles, Mikel Obi was on the side of the Stoke City.

While Ndidi was in saw 90 minutes of action, Iheancho was a second half substitute as they thrashed Stoke City 4-0 to progress to the 4th Round

His compatriot, Kelechi Iheanacho was also in action as he played as a substitute, coming in on 81 minutes.

Stoke, who hosted the encounter, had just about 35 per cent of ball possession, with former Super Eagles captain, John Mikel Obi in action all through.

Mikel just returned to the starting line after suffering minor injury set back in the previous weeks.
