The Nigeria Football Federation, NFF has expressed confidence in the Super Eagles’ talent to become a force in the international game soon, Bestchociesports.com.ng can report

NFF President, Amaju Pinnick expressed the excitement recently while fielding questions from journalist.

Asked about his well-publicized passion of pursuing European-raised Nigerian players, which included failed pursuit of Chelsea star Tammy Abraham Pinnick said the team shows enough quality through just looking at two outstanding names.

“We have people like Dessers that was even selected among the Eredivisie Team of the Season, I think we are happy and we are home. Prolific goalscorer,” Pinnick told Brila about the Dutch-born, Cyriel Dessers, who recently acquired Nigerian citizenship.

The outspoken administrator also did not forget to mention Nigeria’s other big talent, Victor Osimhen, who has 18 goals and six assists in 38 games for Ligue 1’s Lille.

“We have Osimhen that is doing very well, Let us watch and see the future of these players, we are happy and very contented with what we have right now, the only thing we need to do is consolidate and build a very strong Super Eagles that can contest for the qualifying rounds and World Cup proper, we have a very young team,” he said.

Other exciting young talents include Samuel Chukwueze (Villarreal), Wilfred Ndidi (Leicester City, Samuel Kalu (FC Girondins Bordeaux) and Emmanuel Dennis (Club Brugge).
