Foremost Nigeria singer, Davido has declared that nobody could stop him from performing anywhere in the country.

Nigerian American-born singer, songwriter and record producer stated this on Saturday in response to former Nigeria Football Federation President, Amaju Pinnick who alleged that he (Davido) was paid $94,600 to perform at the Warri Again event in Asaba on Friday but he never showed.

But responding on X formerly Twitter, Davido who first said he won’t  talk, later added that nobody can stop him from performing anywhere in the country.

“Nobody can stop me from performing-anywhere in Nigeria … Warri I will see you soon,” he said.

He later added in another tweet that Pinnick lives in a glass house and should not throw stones.

“Throwing stones but you live in a glass house,” he said.  

Amaju Pinnick had accused Davido of refusing to perform at “Warri Again” event after taking $94,600 and also having an $18,000 private jet arranged for him.
