The Ondo State Government have sacked the entire backroom staff of its two football clubs, Sunshine Stars and Sunshine Queens including ball boys, laundry boys, www.bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

The sack was contained in a letter dated 29tj September 2021 through the Ondo State Football Agency, ODSFA.

According to the letter, 15 Technical 9fficials of the club including coaches, Secretaries, ball boys and laundry boys were sacked with immediate effect.

Others include Team Manager, media officer, camp commandant, kit officer, team doctor among others.

A copy of the sack letter obtained reads”l am directed to inform the underlisted Technical crew staff of Sunshine Stars FC and Sunshine Queens FC that their services will no longer be required with effect from Thursday 30″ September, 2021.”

The ODSFA did not give reasons for the sack.

Sunshine Stars narrowly escaped relegation from the Nigeria Professional Football League, NPFL last season after it ended the league 15th with 45 points from 38 matches.
