The management of Plateau United Football Club of Jos rejoices with the number one football administrator in Nigeria and President of the Nigeria Federation NFF, Amaju Melvin Pinnick over his election a member of FIFA Executive Committee .

According to a statement by the General Manager of the club, Pius Henwan,  the election of Pinnick is a manifestation of his hardwork , commitment and dedication to duty and the  growth of football not only in Nigeria and Africa, but the world at large.

The statement described the NFF President election as putting a round peck in a round hole in view of his track record of achievements which speaks volume of his sterling leadership qualities.

” We in Plateau United have no doubt in our minds  that your emergence as FIFA Council member will accelerate  the growth of the game in Africa and the world at large.

” While wishing you a hitch free tenure , we urge you to continue to come up with new initiatives that will change the face of Nigerian and African football so that the continent can compete favorably other climes.

As you assume  those two leadership positions, we pray God to direct your path and  give you the wisdom of King Solomon to enable you succeed .

It would be recalled that Amaju Melvin Pinnick emerged as FIFA Executive Committee member during the 43rd

Ordinary and Elective General Assembly of CAF  held in Rabat , Morocco Friday, also witnessed the election of Patrick Motsepe as new President of CAF.
