Super Eagles players including captain, Ahmed Musa and defender, Chidozie Awaziem all watched Nigeria Professional Football League matchday 6 clash between Katsina United and Plateau United from different locations.

While Ahmed Musa watched the match played at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium, Katsina State, via the NPFL.TV in Jos, Plateau state.

On his part, Super Eagles defender, Awaziem watched from his base in Portugal.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles defender Shehu Abdullahi has called on his teammates and indeed Nigeria football followers to support the domestic league.

In a post on his twitter Saturday, the Athletic Club Omonoia of Cyprus player called for support for the league because ‘na our league’

“Let’s keep supporting @LMCNPFL. Na our League!” the former Kano Pillars player said in a tweet.

Katsina United played out a goalless draw with Champions Plateau United in the matchday 6 encounter which was live on NPFL.TV and the Nigeria Television Authority, NTA.
