The leader and founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Ejigbo Lagos, Primate Elijah Ayodele has once again postulated that Super Eagles of Nigeria will not win the 2021 Africa Cup Of Nations, AFCON, holding in Cameroon next month, www.bestchoicesports.com.ng can report.

The cleric who stated this during his “2022 prophecies” video circulating on the internet, predicted that the Super Eagles will qualify for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar

Primate Ayodele who have consistently predicted so many events in Nigeria’s socio- cultural lives and politics, most of which have come to reality, had earlier in 2021 predicted that the Super Eagle’s would not lift the AFCON trophy in 2022.

Primate Ayodele had predicted in July this year that former Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr would be sacked before the the AFCON in Cameroon.

And with less than 18 days to the commencement of the 33rd edition of the biennial tournament, Ayodele, in a video that have gone viral, disclosed, again, that the three-time African champions will not emerge winners in competition.

Nigeria last won the Africa Cup of Nations, AF ON in South Africa in 2013. It was her third time.of lift the continental diadem.

However, Ayodele does not see Nigeria repeating that feat in Cameroon in February

“Before the removal of the Super Eagles coach (Gernot Rohr), I said it since July and now that they are going for the Nations Cup, Nigeria cannot win.

“They cannot lift the cup, they will only try their best but they can’t succeed because they will be eased out technically.”

He however stated that the team will qualify for the Qatar World Cup next year “On the World Cup qualifier, Nigeria will qualify for the World Cup.”

Primate Ayodele also predicted in June 2019 that the Super Eagles would not win the 2019 edition of the AFCON held in Egypt same year.

Since making her debut in the FIFA World Cup in USA 1994, Super Eagles have played in all editions but for 2006 completion.

Gernot Rohr led the team to the 2018 edition in Russia where they were bundled out in the group stage.

Before his sack early this month by the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, Gernot Rohr has led the Super Eagles into the play-off stage of the World Cup qualifiers.

At the AFCON, Nigeria is paired in Group C along side Egypt, Sudan and Guinea Bissau.

With recent change in the technical crew of the team, many Nigerians have expressed doubts on the ability of the Super Eagles to make an appreciable impact in the tournament.
