The rating of the SJK Akatemia of Finland goalkeeper, a product of Mavlon FC, has gathered more momentum judging by his exploits in the league and his latest acolade is him being refered to as penalty – stopping goalkeeper, after stopping another penalty awared to an opponent in the last group game.

Standing at 6ft.5 inches, the former Flying Eagles goalkeeper has demonstrated strong presence in goal for SJK Akatemia and what one of the things that is amazing football pundits in Finland is the fact that Samuel joined the team just this February, but his all round performance has a touchlight of excellence.

In a world of football, where it is very difficult for goalkeepers to be competing for individual podium with outfield players like strikers and midfielders, Samuel being in the polevault for the player of the season can only be described as a hallmark of sublimity.
