Former Mavlon FC winger, Shedrack Kaye has been named in the match day squad for Deberceni in their UEFA Europa Confluence league clash against FC Copenhagen on Wednesday evening.

Kaye, an explosive winger joined Debreceni two years ago from Mavlon Fc of Lagos, where he has continued to develop his game in the Hungarian top flight league in the Eastern European country.

At 21 years old, the terrific pacy winger featured as a substitute in the first leg away game Denmark, where his side lost 3-0, but Kaye is looking forward to giving a good account of their home fans in their quest to overturn the deficit in the third round of the continental competition.

“We lost the first leg 3-0, but all is not lost. I remain optimistic that Debreceni will approach the game with the seriousness it deserves to cancel the deficit,” Kaye said
