The Nigeria National League, (NNL) management has punished FC Zamfara for violating rules guiding the league after their fans beat up match officials during their match against Jigawa Golden Stars in week one of the league.
FC Zamfara who are campaigning in group A2 of the Northern Conference in the 2019 NNL season, will have their next three home games played behind closed doors and will pay a quarter million naira (N250.000.00) for breaching the guiding rules of Association football, in their match day one against Jigawa Golden Stars of Deutse.
This is predicated by articles 16.0-16,4.1-26 and 27.1 which found them guilty of contravening such sections of the rule book.

FC Zamfara also risks the chance of banishment from their home if they fail to stop a re- occurrence of the ugly development in the future, the NNL further in a release signed by the league’s image maker, Amar Ignis.
