Okoye, 20, made his official debut for Nigeria in the 1-1 draw with Brazil on Sunday in a friendly played in Singapore.
Okoye who came in on 62 minute to replace injured Francis Uzoho put up a decent performance for the 33 minutes he manned the stick for Nigeria.
Francis Uzoho was stretchered off the match with a thigh problem after 62 minutes of play.
Uzoho sustained the knock after landing awkwardly in his attempt to save a goal-bound cross, and he was shown holding his thigh.
He was clearly in significant discomfort, with the 20-year-old goalkeeper eventually being stretchered off, to be replaced by debutant Maduka Okoye after a brief delay.

said “Glad to have made my debut for Nigeria 🦅!
