The 2022 AMAC Football Coaches Unity Cup Tournament will enter matchday 3 on Friday after a two-day break observed on Wednesday and Thursday.
The 3rd edition of most prestigious grassroots football in Nigeria got underway on Tuesday with 7 matches already decided.
In opening match day, four matches were played on Monday and three decided on Tuesday.
In the matches played on Tuesday, CC Sporting lost 1-0 to Sun Sport with the solitary goal of the match scored in the second half.
Lakers FC also lost by same scoreline against Ejele Football Academy while it was same margin of goal in the match between Peculiar FC and Abuja City FC with the latter going home 1-0 victors.
According to the adjusted fixtures made available by the organisers, 3 matches will go down on Friday, June 24 with the first encounter kicking off by 10am.
The first match of the day will see New Karu Football Academy take on Makinz Football Academy.
Aruwa View FC will battle it out with Jay-one by 11-30am while the last match of the day will see Unique Sapphire trade tackles with Samba SA by 1pm.
The organisers also announced that Saturday, June 25 will be a match-free day in the competition as actions will return on Sunday from 11am.
