CAF Confed. Cup: Rivers United Arrives Cote D’Ivoire For Final Group Clash Against ASEC Memosas

Nigeria Champions, Rivers United have arrived Cote D’Ivoire on Friday ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup final Group B clash against ASEC Memosas.
The Group B leaders arrived Félix Houphouët Boigny International Airport in Abidjan Cote D’Ivoire by 12:45 pm Nigeria time and will embark on a road trip to Yamoussoukro, the venue of their encounter.
“Time Check: 11:41am local time and 12:41pm Nigeria time.
“We have touched down at the Félix Houphouët Boigny International Airport in Abidjan Cote D’Ivoire and will embark on a road trip to Yamoussoukro,” the club confirmed no their Twitter handle.
The Port Harcourt based side left the country for Yamoussoukro, Cote d’Ivoire through Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos, via Cote d’Ivoire Air Airline on Friday morning.
Both teams are already through to the quarter-finals after amassing 10 points from five matches but the Nigerians lead the table with +3 goal difference against Memosas +1.
Rivers United need just a draw to cement their leadership of the group ahead of the April 5 draw in Egypt.
Motema Pembe of Congo and CSMD Diable Noirs of Angola both of who have been eliminated from the league, will face each other in the group’s other game.
