The Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu Nigeria, AMEN, Enugu State, Rev. Fr Ejike Mbaka has described Argentina footballer and former Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi as gift to the football universe.

Rev Fr Mbaka who stated this in a short video trending on social media said that wherever the Six-time Ballon d’Or goes, goodness will follow him.

“Just Like Messi, now that he had suffered for Barcelona, they have said that sustaining his contract is difficult, that they can’t maintain him

“Messi is a gift to the football universe in our generation.

“Everywhere he goes, the same goodness will follow him. Wherever he goes, we will go,” he stated.

Fr Mbaka also disclosed that many people believe in Messi because of his Football talents adding that whatever club he joins, they would support him.

“We believe in his football talent, we believe in his natural gift, what he does with the ball with his leg.

“Whichever clubs he joins, we will support.”

Messi last week ended his 21 years with Spanish giants, Barcelona and was unveiled by French Lig 1 giants, PSG on Tuesday as their new player.

Messi signed a two-year contract with an option of one year with the former Lig 1 champions.
