Super Eagles striker, Gift Orban has joined French Ligue 1 giants, Olympique Lyon on a four year contract.

The Nigeria forward joins the former champions after £13 million fee was paid to his former Belgian club, KAA Gent.

The 21 year old passed his medical Wednesday and put pen to paper on a deal until June 2028.

Orban, who was nominated for the CAF Young Player of the Year for 2023, quickly became a highly coveted player since his arrival at Jupiler side Gent in January 2023.

He gained recognition as a skilled striker during his first half-year with the Buffaloes, netting an impressive 20 goals in just 22 games.
